Terms and conditions

Regarding the commissioned artwork
1. The artist will not draw furry (exception for kemonomimis/animal ears), burly/very muscled men or bara, mecha, robots, super detailed work, and NSFW work (exception for moderate amount of blood. Other examples of NSFW artworks like sexual/lewd art and body horror/gore are no-nos.)
2. Do ask the artist for more info if the do/don'ts doesn't include the specific topic you are looking to commission for.
3. Clients must keep in mind that all artworks will be made in the artist's personal art style.
4. Clients must provide reference images to aid in the artist's process. A text wall of reference will gain extra fee.
5. The artist do not condone plagiarism.
6. The artist will only accept up to 3 revisions.
7. The artist has the right to decline commissions and certain parts of a commission. (E.g. A client wish to commission the character Herta from Honkai: Star Rail and asks to draw the weapon as well. The artist can accept drawing the character of Herta, but not with the weapon.)
8. The artist will retain all rights on the commissioned piece.
9. The artist is allowed to have commissioned piece posted or attached in either online or printed for portfolios.
10. All finished pieces will be in softcopy in .png, which will be sent to the client through email, or in hardcopy in watercolor paper / art paper.
11. All artworks are for PERSONAL USE ONLY. For commercial work please consult with the artist first.
12. The artist do not consent their art to be used for NFT (non trade token) and AI art (artificial intelligence art).
13. The artist has the right to reject a commission request if she cannot accomplish it due skill or scheduling issue. Thank you for understanding.Regarding workflow
1. The digital art work flows from sketching, (first update to client), line and base coloring (second update to client), and rendering (third update to client before sending the high resolution work). The only times the client can revise are at the first and second updates.
2. The traditional art workflow includes thumbnail sketches, sketch, then straight to color and lining. The artist will show thumbnail sketches and sketch before moving into the final stage. Minor revises can be done only in thumbnail sketches and sketch stages.
3. Depending on the artist's schedule and circumstances (personal matters, etc) the artwork may be delayed without further notice.
4. Depending on the artist, the workflow order can change and the client will be noticed firsthand.
5. For specific TAT (turn around time, or time spent on working an artwork), please refer to the rate list of each style types.Regarding payment
1. The client must settle on the payment only when agreed on before the artist creates the artwork.
2. Extra objects or requests that seem complicated (but doable to me) will get an extra charge.
3. Payment must be settled in either full payment upfront or 50% payment before the artist begins, and 50% upon completion.
4. Proof of payment, in the form of screenshots and receipts, must be sent to close the deal.
5. No cancellations and refunds shall be accepted.
6. Payments are made through local bank transfer (BCA) or paypal.By commissioning artwork(s) from me, you are agreeing to my terms and conditions. You are highly advised to read them throughly.
